For those who desire optimal output in rain, snow, or fog—the Yellow-output version will slay in shady weather. Morimoto has opted for LEDs that produce yellow light at the origin, which is the most effective way to penetrate through particles in the air without compromising output. * RELIABILITY: High power means high heat, which is why the 4Banger features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat-transfer to the radiator, which has been optimized through numerous rounds of thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to withstand flaking. The potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket are all designed according to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. *BOLT-ON: Each set of Morimoto 4Banger LED pods include a set of pedestal mounts for a universal fitment. You will never need to ask, "Can you see me now?" Using the same automotive grade optics and Osram LEDs that come standard in Morimoto's XB LED headlights; the integrated DRL bars of the XBG LED grilles are insanely bright; easily visible even from afar in broad daylight! The DRL lights are offered with white or amber LEDs. You can customize the grilles; trim pieces can be easily removed, painted (or wrapped), and reassembled. The chrome versions are ready to install out of the box. And installation is easy, too. They use all the stock mounting points, hardware, and shouldn't take more than an hour to install.
