Hughes Performance Pro Series Single Stage torque converter dump valve kits are single-stage complete kits for adding a dump valve to your Powerglide transmission. They offer increased stall speed while staging against the transbrake, faster engine/converter response, and reduced loading against the engine thrust bearing. They can also be applied down-track to help manage engine load and power application to the rear wheels. Hughes Performance Pro Series Powerglide torque converter dump valve kits are also available as upgrades on their Powerglide transmissions.
