Meru Safety Ascent carbon braces feature the newest technology in the head and neck restraint market for concussion prevention. The devices apply an industry-changing Inertia Dampening System (IDS) to help drastically reduce concussion-causing forces without giving up any neck safety. The braces provide a full carbon head and neck restraint, complete with stainless and aluminum hardware. The included backplates feature a built-in hydraulic shock absorber to help dampen head movement throughout the entire length of impact, while their honeycomb pattern allows the pads to remain firm enough to maintain a car-feel, but enough 'give' for comfort. The design of these restraints works with all seating positions and makes for a product that weighs approximately two pounds. The RaceQuip PRO20 Carbon side air helmet is a Snell SA2020 rated full face auto racing helmet that incorporates contemporary styling with advanced composite production techniques. The shell is built using pre-preg carbon fiber and kevlar materials placed into pressurized steel molds to achieve the best combination of light weight and strength. These helmets are also sometimes called forced air, blower, or pumper helmets because they have a provision on the helmet to attach a fresh air hose. The left side manifold design utilizes an inlet barb that works with standard 1.250 in. round hose. The forced air is channeled from the manifold across the faceshield from left to right.The forced air cools your face and airways and also keeps the faceshield fog free. The Nitro Drag 2.0 shoes have a construction that combines leather and fabric, offering improved flexibility and lightness and sport modern and aggressive design features with high-definition prints instead of embroidery, along with a hidden lacing system for a cleaner, more performance-oriented look. A jacquard knit rear insert enhances comfort and support, while the rubber EVA sole with an extended rear spoiler provides better cushioning, driving stability, and driving stability.
