XS Power Titan8 lithium batteries are designed for peak power. This Lithium Titanate Oxide (LTO) Series uses a very high-power lithium cell that is designed for very high-burst output (up to 100 times its capacity) as well as very high-charge current (30 to 60 times its capacity). This translates to a single 10Ah module that can support burst current up to 1,000 amps and can accept 300 amps of continuous charge current. The built in 2/0 bussing allows up to four positive and four negative hidden direct connections to each module without the need for any external exposed bussing, while still leaving two easily accessible top terminals and four series or parallel expansion terminals to easily build a bank of nearly any configuration from 12 V, 24 V, 36 V, or any configuration imaginable. Each module comes standard with a built-in balancing system and can be upgraded to include Bluetooth connectivity that allows remote cell monitoring, internal temperature sensing, battery health monitoring, and can be configured to send notifications to any tablet or smartphone when any user preset limit is met, including low voltage, over temperature, overcharge, etc. XS Power Titan8 lithium batteries are also offered in BCI direct fit models that are fully insulated with temperature monitoring built in that are suitable for use in the factory under hood position.

MechMan 6-phase hairpin high-output alternators offer a solution to the inadequate alternators that come from the factory on specified vehicles. These replacement units feature twin rectifiers with 12 massive press-fit diodes, as compared to the small 8-diode rectifier in the stock alternator. Even mild performance builds will typically consume more amperage than what stock alternators can provide. Hairpin stator technology provides better high-rpm durability and better resistance to heat from the turbo manifold. The alternators utilize a high rpm-friendly larger diameter pulley, and bolt directly in place of the original equipment. Note: A 4-gauge or larger positive and negative cable needs to be run between the alternator and the battery terminals for proper function.

One of the challenges with a Gen III Hemi swap is alternator clearance. The Holley Gen III Hemi alternator with relocation kit is the solution. These kits come complete with everything you need to move the alternator to a more ideal location to provide additional clearance to the frame on the passenger side of the engine. The kits include the mounting bracket, pulley, alternator and hardware for installation. The alternator is smaller and more compact, further helping clearance issues, making them easy to wire.
