BBK CNC Series short high-flow mid-pipes are designed to work with BBK's full-length headers, and they're available in various designs, such as H-pipe and X-chamber. All are made from heavy-gauge, large diameter aluminized tubing. For a simple bolt-on installation, these mid-pipes are fully CNC mandrel-bent—with the appropriate die-stamped flanges, OEM-style domed ends, or merged step down to allow installation to the factory exhaust system. BladeRunner exhaust manifolds from aFe are made from 304 stainless steel and feature a one-piece design with reinforced ribs between each exhaust port. This increases strength and eliminates the cracking found in most stock and aftermarket units. These manifolds feature two EGT probe ports, a thick wall design for increased strength, matched ports, and a merged runner design to maximize exhaust flow. Backed by 40-plus years of knowledge and experience, Thorley headers are designed to outflow your stock exhaust manifolds. These headers increase gas mileage and give your engine more horsepower across the entire rpm range. Their design configuration builds the most power across the rpm range, which is great for everything from street/strip performance, to towing, to steep grades. To make these headers last, Thorley made them out of durable 14-gauge mild steel with 3/8 in. thick flanges and 5/16 in. collector rings or 13 gauge stainless steel with ½ in. thick flanges and topped them off with a good looking, nickel chrome plated finish or a high temperature ceramic coating. To prevent leaks, these headers have an O-ring welded into the flange, in addition to the high-temperature gasket provided. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.

These tapered parallelogram-shape mufflers have a Compact, forward positioned design to provide a lower center of gravity for better mass centralization with a larger core for improved throttle response, and power in mid- and top-end. They also offer more volume than stock to provide a decrease in overall dB noise level. Yoshimura Street Series RS-9T mufflers feature the Work's finish and a carbon fiber end cap, plus they allow the use of five sound insert options (sold separately) to customize power delivery and sound reduction. Note: Yoshimura Works finish takes on a unique coloring after it goes through a heat cycle on the motorcycle that looks much like those titanium works components our factory racers use.
