DeatschWerks top-feed conversion fuel rails are designed to convert side-feed applications to top-feed. Many performance vehicles manufactured between 1991 and 2006 came from the factory with side-feed injectors. The benefit of the modern top-feed injectors is that they are easier to tune, less expensive, and flow more fuel than side-feed alternatives. These vehicle-specific fuel rails are sold in pairs. Turbosmart StraightGate50 vacuum wastegates are zero-offset butterfly-style units that allow enormous flow and almost linear control, and unparalleled boost control throughout the entire operating range. These high-flowing wastegates are simple to use, and packed with performance, flow, and features. The zero-offset butterfly valves are subjected to exhaust drive pressure equally on both halves of the valve, which pivots centrally, resulting in a self-balanced valve against any drive pressure. This means less work is required to act against even the highest drive pressures, and a wider tuning window is possible, no matter how the valve is actuated. The increased flow is achieved through the efficiency of a straight-through valve versus a poppet-style valve where the exhaust gas must be turned 90 degrees by the valve. They feature a 2-piece design with interchangeable top covers so you can mount either single or dual Dominator-style carbs. They're made from thick-wall A319 aluminum for durability and the lower manifold feature bosses for nitrous and fuel injection nozzles. The lower manifold and top covers are sold separately; both pieces are required to make a complete manifold assembly. R-Series A460 manifolds can only be used with Trick Flow® PowerPort® A460 series cylinder heads.
