Aeromotive VaporWorx ReturnX return-type PWM controllers have everything needed to provide a standalone fuel pump speed control system. Available for single or dual pump, naturally aspirated or supercharged applications, no switches, relays, or Hobb's switches are needed when using these ReturnX systems. Controllers have primary and secondary output with the primary providing sufficient pump speed to maintain fuel pressure during idle/cruise while the secondary pump follows at a lower duty cycle. This leader/follower arrangement delivers a smooth ramp-up in pump speed until both pumps are at full output. For carbureted and EFI applications, simply attach the supplied standalone MAP sensor hose to a manifold vacuum source (naturally aspirated) or past the supercharger/turbocharger and make at-idle controller adjustments--the VaporWorx controller will do the rest. Aeromotive Phantom direct-fit fuel pumps are drop-in systems engineered for your late model truck. They're available in five pump sizes, from single 340 lph to triple 450 lph. Designed to work with plastic fuel tanks, Phantom Series pumps cover a range of GM truck models spanning decades. The 1999-2004 models used a smaller factory fuel sending unit than the later 2005-17 models. The smaller size unit limits the pump configurations that this tank will accommodate. Aeromotive Phantom direct-fit fuel pump systems are also compatible with different tank depths.

Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally DualX PWM controller kits are compatible with any OEM fuel system control module when using OEM fuel modules with either an OEM Fuel System Control Module (FSCM) or aftermarket ECM pulse driver. They allow the OEM FSCM to control the primary pump while the Ally DualX controller "piggybacks" and takes care of the second. The controller takes its operating commands from the FSCM pulsed wire--no user programming, system changes, or adjustments are needed. In this way, there is sufficient power for all fuel pump modules while maintaining full FSCM CAN feedback and diagnostics. Ally DualX kits perform the following basic functions: * Whenever the primary pump is running, the Ally DualX controller will also be running. This is typically used with OEM fuel pump modules. Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally Returnless PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) electronics kits for the KPM1500 fuel pump include the necessary parts to modify the KPM1500 (not included) to make it work properly for FSCM (fuel system control module)-equipped vehicles and aftermarket ECM/FSCM systems. The weakness of the OEM FSCM is power capability--they can drive one high-power pump, but not two. That's where VaporWorx Ally PWM kits come in. They provide the components needed to drive the second (KPM1500) fuel pump electrically while the FSCM handles the primary. Using pulse width modulation to slow down the pumps is very effective in keeping fuel temperatures down and relieving the electrical system of excessive load. Ally controllers help reduce the amount of power that the FSCM has at higher fuel demand, so at higher duty cycles the VaporWorx controller will start to out-run the FSCM and take more of the pumping power load. These Aeromotive VaporWorx kits are intended to be used as an Ally, or piggyback, system to help the OEM FSCM. No additional relays, Hobb's switches, etc. are needed.

Aeromotive VaporWorx BoostWorx PWM controllers for DualX ZL1 universal applications simplify installation and increase overall fuel system performance for dual OEM ZL1 fuel module applications. DualX uses a progressive ramping strategy with connections on the controller for the primary (pump 1) and follower (pump 2). The follower pump runs at lower duty cycle than the primary, allowing the follower pump to be on at all times, but at a lower average power, and allowing the pumps in the follower module to continually fill the reservoir with fuel, so it is ready to feed the engine under the most challenging conditions. As the primary pump increases in duty cycle, so does the follower, and once the primary is at 100 percent, the follower continues to increase to 100 percent duty cycle, as needed. This strategy is automatic and requires no user programming or adjustments.
