These Summit Racing™ exhaust gaskets are made from thick copper, and feature an embossed ridge around the exhaust port for a tight, leakproof seal. The copper gaskets help even out the flow between the head and header flange to minimize warping. Also, they'll conform to rough or irregular surfaces to maintain a positive seal, while keeping the header bolts tight.

We have put together these Summit Racing™ exhaust gasket and bolts Pro Packs to ensure a leakproof seal for your headers. They feature Fel-Pro Performance exhaust header gaskets made from high-temperature, high-density fiber material around a perforated steel core for durability and heat resistance. To provide a tight seal, we include Stage 8's Grade 8 locking header bolts. They use a patented system that consists of a grooved hex head bolt, a retainer, and a snap clip. The retainer fits over the bolt head and locks the bolt against the header tube, and the snap clip holds the retainer in place. Use one of these Summit Racing™ exhaust gasket and bolts Pro Packs to eliminate blown header gaskets from loose bolts.

If you need to fabricate an exhaust header or intake system with tight bends, our 360-degree Summit Racing™ full round donut tubing is an excellent way to start. Offered in steel and stainless steel, simply cut the donut into whatever angles you need and weld the tubing pieces into the desired shape. The exhaust tubing is available in a variety of gauges and diameters.
