JET Streetmaster Quadrajet Stage 1 Carburetors
The JET Streetmaster Quadrajet Stage 1 carburetors start with a complete disassembly of the hand selected core, cleaning and inspection procedure. The casting plugs are sealed with epoxy to prevent leak-down into the intake manifold. All circuits are checked for proper sizing and the calibration is checked for proper jets, primary metering rods and secondary metering rods. The carburetor is then carefully reassembled using the highest quality components with a new float, choke pull-off and bronze brushed throttle shafts. Stage 1 Quadrajet carburetors are intended to restore factory stock performance. Not intended for engines with RV or performance type cams.

An oversized 0.149 in. needle and seat assembly is the start to these fully modified race carburetors. Main well size is increased and balanced to ensure proper top-end, high-rpm fuel flow. The Stage 3 carburetors' extensive circuit modifications are performed to keep the fuel curve correct throughout the rpm range. JET Circle Track Quadrajet Carburetors
These JET Circle Track Quadrajet carburetors feature an increased main well size and they are balanced to ensure high-rpm fuel flow. Several circuit modifications have been made for a richer fuel curve throughout the entire rpm range, particularly at wide-open throttle. The JET Circle Track Quadrajet carburetors include a 0.149 in. needle and seat to ensure adequate fuel flow. They are designed for heavily modified 355-406 c.i.d. small block motors with a single plane intake manifold, headers, an 11.5:1 compression ratio, and high-flowing cylinder heads. These JET Circle Track Quadrajet carburetors are the perfect choice for consistent performance, lap after lap.

Chevrolet Performance ZZ4 Intake Manifolds
Chevrolet Performance Parts' ZZ4 intake manifolds are designed for use on all ZZ series 350 HO engines, but can be used on any small block Chevrolet through 1986. They're about .5 in. lower than an LT1 manifold, for better underhood clearance, and can mount either a standard-flange Holley 4-barrel or a spread bore Quadrajet. They develop the same power as the earlier high-rise design, plus they're set up to accommodate EGR, a hot-air choke, and all late model accessory brackets.
