Holley fuel pressure regulators with a pulse damper offer several benefits for performance and reliability. Fuel pulse dampers are designed to act in tandem with the fuel pressure regulator to further control the fuel pressure in an EFI system. These devices help stabilize fuel pressure by absorbing the pressure fluctuations (pulsations) caused by injectors opening and closing, and by the fuel pump. This leads to smoother fuel delivery, improved engine performance, and can help prevent lean spots that can cause stumbling or hesitation, especially during acceleration. For your data recorder to be able to monitor an analog channel it must receive a signal that it can recognize. The Racepak Module PT2 convert the analog parameters to a standard 0-5 volt signal required by the recorder. The transducer module (combination sensor and signal conditioning modules) provides direct connection to the measured parameter, such as fuel or oil pressure. The signal conditioning module allows the connection of remote sensors, such as thermocouples or position sensors, to the data recorder.
