Competition Clutch offers stock clutch kits for a variety of applications, including select Mazda, Subaru, Toyota, Lexus, Pontiac, Mitsubishi, Infiniti, Nissan, Honda©, and Acura© models from 1985 and up. These OE-style clutch replacements are the economical solution for cars that are stock or have basic bolt-ons. They provide a stock torque capacity rating and maintain stock pedal feel. Break-In Procedure: After you install your new Competition Clutch, you'll want to make sure that the clutch is properly broken in for ultimate operation. To break in your clutch, shift as often as possible during the first 500 miles, by doing so you'll ensure that the material from the disc is embedded into the friction surfaces of the pressure plate and flywheel. Following the break-in procedure will deliver the longest possible clutch lifespan.

Sonnax universal remanufactured valve bodies have been uniquely designed to fit a variety of '99-later Chrysler applications, regardless of OE checkball or solenoid configuration. The convenience of stocking one SKU number for various applications saves time, money and interchangeability confusion. The channel casting has been resurfaced to SAE recommended flatness and surface finish. The seasoned casting warpage is now eliminated, removing cross-leaks and manufacturing burrs that resulted in clutch distress and shift complaints. A new separator plate is also installed, along with gaskets, to seal the critical surfaces between the valve body and channel casting. Heavy-duty/high performance accumulator pistons with dual-guide seals are installed to prevent piston-to-bore scuffing and restore clutch pressures due to leakage. Patented Sonnax valves are installed to restore hydraulic pressures and eliminate shift complaints, trouble codes, converter concerns and overdrive clutch distress. Their patented accumulator cover plate—made from stronger, thicker material and secured with additional screws—is also installed to prevent flexing or breakage. To guarantee the highest level of operational performance, these remanufactured valve bodies are tested on state-of-the art equipment to verify that pressures match OE specification. ATI Compu-Flow reverse manual valve bodies shift opposite of the OEM units, away from neutral when up-shifting (P-R-N-1-2-3). There is no automatic shifting. They will remain in the selected gear, allowing street-driven cars to move off in 2nd or 3rd gear in slippery conditions. The governor and related components are eliminated, as well as throttle pressure, cables/vacuum lines, and linkages. All units freewheel if you lift in low gear; there is no engine breaking. (Note--all turbo units freewheel in 2nd gear, except #353400 for the T-350.) These valves are not recommended for the Powerglide, since it must pass through low to get to neutral.
