DIYAutoTune MicroSquirt CAN transmission controllers with sub-harness seamlessly control your transmission. They provide a simple, plug-and-play integration with MS3-Pro, and directly mates with their LSx drop-on harnesses. They are available with a 4L80E or 4L60E sub-harness. Included with your DIYAutoTune MicroSquirt controllers: * 6-pin black connector for power, ground, and CAN bus * 8-pin gray connector for additional inputs * 18 crimp pins for the above connectors Note: * Harness for GM 4L60E transmissions with or without the LUF (lock up feel) control solenoid. You can also wire the harness to communicate with an MS2, another MicroSquirt EMS, MS3-Pro, or MS3 over the CAN bus. * Harness for GM 4L80E transmission includes wiring for the input shaft speed sensor, and can be used as a standalone transmission control solution with minimal wiring involved. MSD Atomic transmission control modules are designed to adjust the operating parameters of later model electronically controlled 4-speed automatic overdrive transmissions. They're simple to configure with the supplied hand-held monitor--no PC required. You now have access to adjust shift points, adjust torque converter clutch behavior, select different levels of shift firmness, select between auto-shift and manual shift mode, and activate dyno mode to deliver repeatable chassis dyno results. The included hand-held monitor connects to them and can be left in place as a dashboard to monitor the transmission in real time, or can be disconnected when the configuration is complete. Once installed, these modules need only a few basic parameters to complete the initial setup. First, select the type of transmission you are using--all supported transmission types are listed in the menu. Other required fields include the number of engine cylinders, rear-end gear ratio, and tire height. Once this has been completed, you can now start and drive the vehicle, while taking advantage of the advanced setup menu items to dial-in the transmission to your liking. You can feel the results in real-time as a passenger manipulates the parameters and monitors the real-time data. Data available for viewing includes engine speed, vehicle speed, throttle position, transmission fluid temperature, shifter position, and commanded gear. Best of all, the MSD Atomic transmission control modules are available as completely stand-alone units or Brainwave-compatible for the Atomic EFI systems. A transmission controller harness is sold separately.

Advance Adapters 6-bolt to 4-bolt tailshaft adapters are designed for 1996 and newer electronically controlled GM 4L60E transmissions with a hex bolt pattern on the output side of the transmission. They provide a 700R-style pattern for easy fitment of other adapters produced by Advance Adapters, and are 1.500 in. long. The heart of these systems lie in the new clamp-on reluctor ring and sensor which sends a 40 pulse per output revolution signal to the drivetrain control module. These adapters are manufactured from 356 T-6 heat-treated aluminum alloy and also include a GM VSS sensor, fastening hardware, and instructions. Make adding adapters and/or a transfer case easier with Advance Adapters 6-bolt to 4-bolt tailshaft adapters.

Transmission Specialties' 4L80E 300M extended spline input shafts have all the latest and greatest updates that make them the strongest on the market. Feed hole changes have been made to make the shaft stronger. The splines that go into the OD planet have been lengthened and the undercut shoulder which has a very small inside diameter, has been removed. TSI also used a hobb to cut this spline—as compared to others who single point cut, which makes for a weaker spline and is considered to be the number one spot of failure for other aftermarket billet shafts. Crafted from premium-grade 300M material, the 4L80E input shafts are engineered to be more durable than traditional shafts, ensuring reliable and consistent performance, even under extreme loads. The extended design offers increased spline engagement into the OD planet, reducing the chance of shaft failure and improving overall strength.
