Varex Exhaust Smart Boxes are an upgrade module with technology that lets the user manually or automatically adjust the exhaust sound level of the Varex exhaust via Bluetooth. The users can operate and make changes to the settings of the Smart Box via an elegantly designed Smartphone App. The connections between the Smart Boxes and the smart phones are via the latest Bluetooth® technology, which provides an exceptionally reliable and smooth user experience. In manual mode the user has the option of selecting the desired volume by choosing one of the 5 pre-set valve positions which are: closed, 25 percent, 50 percent, 75 percent, and open. Or you can choose to set your own position and save it for future manual use. The automatic change comes from range values based on engine rpm, throttle position, and vehicle speed. You can set this all up using the app for the controller. The Varex Exhaust Smart Box even has a Geo mode for those places where you need to be quiet. That's right you can set regions on a map that your exhaust will automatically stay quiet while in those regions. Multiple regions can be set and memorized by the app on your smartphone.
