Improved Racing set out to design the best air-oil separating catch cans specifically for the factory supercharged vehicles. Focused on three simple design goals: maximized efficiency, durability, and ease of use, the development of the CCS oil catch cans happened over several years and included ANSYS Fluent CFD simulations, extensive bench tests, and on-vehicle street and track tests. Final prototype testing also included a 9-month beta testing program in collaboration with various road racers, drag racers, and drifters. The CCS's design maximizes air-oil separation efficiency, resulting in a peak separation efficiency of 85 to 90 percent. For comparison, none of the competitor's catch cans tested showed a peak efficiency of more than 60 percent. The CCS oil catch cans are durable, made from high-quality, reliable components and, as with any Improved Racing product, nothing will vibrate loose or come apart under racing conditions. Keep contaminants out of your intake to increase octane and keep your engine clean with Improved Racing CCS oil catch can kits. Select the kit specifically designed for your application needs. Product details: * The CCS features tangential entry port for cyclonic separation for maximized efficiency—separates as much vapor from crankcase blow-by fumes as possible with minimal restriction * Other features include stainless steel filter with multiple filter seals, primary seal, bell mouth exit plenum, anti-splash-back funnel with spiral drain groves, and 7.0 fluid oz. or 3.5 fluid oz. reservoir * Quick-turn, easy to service reservoir * Includes mounting bracket and custom made, emissions friendly, quick-connect lines—designed specifically for factory supercharged vehicles * CNC-machined aluminum bracket locks into position every 22.5 degrees—allows for different mounting options specific per the make and model vehicle to offset catch can from engine to clear larger engine covers, evap lines, etc. * Optional drain kit (sold separately) is available to allow for remote draining without removing the catch can—because engine bay fitment is tight on specific vehicles * Fast and flexible mounting bracket system for installation/removal and positioning—tool-free bracket nut can be removed without tools, or snug it down with 5/8 in. wrench * No sight glass needed—just push-up and twist a 1/8th turn to remove the reservoir and look inside, no more fumbling, or endless unscrewing to remove the reservoir * A powerful wave spring keeps the reservoir locked in place—included positive safety lock clip is also included just in case you want to be absolutely sure the reservoir cannot be removed

Howards Cams Big Daddy Rattler camshafts are street performance cams designed to give a nice aggressive-sounding idle without sacrificing throttle response and horsepower gains. Big Daddy camshafts are top dog in the Rattler lineup, and as such they offer a rough idle, and are best used in Pro Street or street/strip applications. Compression needs to be at least 9.5:1, the torque converter needs to stall 2,800 rpm or higher, and a performance intake manifold, steeper gears, and free-flowing exhaust are required to take advantage of the camshaft's capabilities.

Summit Racing™ Pro Hemi automotive camshafts are easy on the valvetrain and stable at high rpms. They work well with superchargers and nitrous, and will require springs, a tune, phaser limiter, and an MDS (multi-displacement system) delete. The smaller cams in this group have a noticeable lope and good power across the range, while the larger cams have a serious lope with strong top-end. Choose the one that best fits your purpose. Notes: * Pro Hemi automotive Stage 1 has a noticeable lope and works great in 5.7L as a daily driver. It makes good power through the range, and a tune and phaser limiter are required. A free flowing aftermarket exhaust is recommended. * Pro Hemi automotive Stage 2 has a mild lope and works great in a daily driver. It makes good power through the range, and a tune and phaser limiter are required. A free flowing aftermarket exhaust is recommended. * Pro Hemi automotive Stage 3 has a steady lope and is about the biggest cam to used in a daily driver. It makes great midrange and has good top end. It works with a factory converter, but a tune and phaser limiter are required, and free flowing aftermarket exhaust is recommended. * Pro Hemi automotive Stage 4 has a strong lope and works good in weekend hot rods. It's rare when you can "have your cake and eat it too," as the saying goes, but in this case you can! Sikky Manufacturing developed a high-quality catch can that can easily be converted into an AOS (air oil separator). The catch can is a compact and efficient way to remove the oil from your crankcase ventilation system, routing clean air back to your engine. Quality is second-to-none, and these catch cans are packed with features and benefits that make it a must-have for your next build. In base form, the cans are equipped with dual-knitted stainless steel mesh filters to ensure maximum oil is removed from the air while flowing through the can. Allowing clean air to be re-routed back into the engine reduces the amount of carbon buildup and oil residue deposits on key components of the engine. These catch cans are universal to all LS engines and are designed to bolt to the right side cylinder head, conveniently located yet out of the way. The cans will work great regardless of which car your LS engine is in—and they're universal to the LS engine itself. They are CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum, with a black anodized hard coat to ensure the aluminum is protected and looks good for many years to come. There are several options for configuring the inlets and outlet to suit your unique needs. A handy thread-in dipstick allows you to quickly check the oil level in your can; and oil can be simply drained using the drain plug on the bottom (or you can thread the base off to pour out if you like). If the Air Oil Separator (AOS) option is included, a coolant reservoir will bolts onto the bottom of the can. This reservoir heats the can to reduce condensation, allowing the oil to be drained right back into the crankcase or oil pan with the provided drain line system. No need to worry about draining your can because the oil will return to the engine on its own as it's collected. Fittings, lines and check valve are included to make sure this is a trouble free install.
