Mishimoto aluminum oil filter housing kits swap the stock plastic model for a robust all-aluminum replacement. The stock oil filter housing is known to become brittle after repeated heat cycles. When that happens, even the slightest amount of torque on the filter cap while performing an oil change can be enough to crack the housing and cause significant oil leaks. And living underneath the intake manifold makes it difficult to identify and diagnose leaks. Mishimoto aluminum oil filter housing kits safeguard against these problems. The housings have pre-installed oil pressure and temperature sensors, and include oil filter, filter cap, intake manifold gaskets, oil seals, and bolts for a one-stop solution.
