Van Steel has been serving the Corvette community for over 40 years, providing parts that are as good as or, in many cases, better than factory. They are ready to help your Corvette ride, drive, and handle to the best of its ability, along with looking and driving the way you want it to. They provide a more rigid mount of the differential and raise it for better half-shaft geometry.

The factory toe rod assembly is inadequate for Corvettes used in serious autocross, track time, or drag racing events. The stock toe rods deflect and allow untimely and unwanted toe changes, resulting in wandering rear tires, increased ETs, and cause the lack of a positive sense of stability when drag racing. In autocross or track time driving, the toe change will upset the cars' ability to corner and reduce the drivers' confidence while cornering, resulting in slower lap times. Van Steel heavy-duty rear toe rod kits will maintain precise rear toe settings during extreme driving and will noticeably improve handling predictability. The center mount has three adjustments to compensate for bump steer, making them ideal for lowered Corvettes or custom chassis setups. The sleeves and bracket have a durable black powdercoat finish and the toe rods are completed with Seal-It dust boots.

By doing so, you reduce suspension distortion for improved, more responsive handling. Van Steel camber braces are American made from chromoly tubing and TIG welded with CNC-machined attachment flanges to provide an exact fit. They offer a precise fit, are lightweight, require no modifications, and can be installed with basic hand tools and ability.

Bump steer is when the front wheels steer themselves without input from the steering wheel. The undesirable steering is caused by bumps in the road interacting with improper length or angle of the suspension and steering linkages. Van Steel bump steer kits are stronger than factory and control toe change. They feature inboard and outboard heims to replace factory inner and outer tie rod ends without modification. They also use stainless steel studs along with the chromoly heims that have a static load of 18,000. The sleeves are powdercoated with a durable finish.
