LSM Racing Universal Heads-Off Ultra Heavy-Duty Valve Spring Compressors
LSM Racing universal heads-off ultra-heavy-duty valve spring compressors are an Ultra-Rigid, Heavy-Duty Heads Off Valve Spring Compressor in a lightweight package machined from billet 6061 Aluminum utilizing LSM's proprietary "X" beam design. The SC-2000 is rated to 1200 lbs. and easily compresses springs to over 1,000 lb. This compressor keeps working even when heavy-duty air impacted spring compressors can't go on. The jaw capacity is 8.375 in. with a throat depth of 5.50 in., which is enough for even the hardest to fit Spread Port and Hemi heads. It has dual adjustability which allows for perfect positioning and easy access to both valve and spring. The tapered flange spring cage is designed to work perfectly with all popular small to large diameter valve springs from .850 in. to 1.650 in. For the big jobs the Speed Handle™ is removable, and a battery powered drill driver with a socket can be used to make it easier and faster for the bigger jobs. The Speed Handle™ can also be used on other LSM spring compressors.
