The new carpet eliminates the problems of poor abrasion resistance, shedding fibers, and "fuzzing," while providing excellent protection against color fading. The Mass backing is a special latex coating that's thermos-bonded to the back of the carpet to substantially increase the insulating and sound deadening properties of the basic carpet set. Then, a 36 oz. jute padding is attached to the underside of the carpet to increase your comfort. These molded carpet kits are available in a variety of colors for a wide range of specific vehicle applications. They are also offered for the passenger or cargo area.
