Improve on-road comfort and off-road control of your vehicle with Fox 2.0 snap ring IFP (internal floating piston) coilover shocks. These shocks are designed to be used in a BDS 4 in. or 6 in. lift system. The mono-tube design's internal reservoir separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. The IFP eliminates oil aeration allowing maximum performance from the factory-tuned, precision valving. A custom-molded spring seat allows the use of the stock spring and mounting hardware. The precision, impact-extruded 2 in. one-piece aluminum body is both lightweight and rust-resistant. Two predetermined preload settings allow a choice of 4- or 6-inches of lift. Features and benefits: * Custom-molded spring seat so you can reuse the stock spring and mounting hardware * 2 in. impact extruded, and CNC-machined 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum one-piece body resists rust * 5/8 in. hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft * Race-developed high-flow piston design * Application-specific valving to maximize performance * Internal IFP mono-tube reservoir design

Fox Racing Shox 2.5 Performance Series IFP coilover HTO shocks are loaded with position-sensitive technology, vehicle-specific valving, and larger pistons to improve on- and off-road performance. Built with a Type II anodized aluminum body that efficiently dissipates heat and prevents corrosion, each Fox 2.5 in. shock body features an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen, optimizing damping. Outside, they feature Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology offering usable position-sensitive rebound damping control on and off the pavement. HTO reduces harsh top-outs and increases comfort by forcing shock oil through a secondary shim stack to slow down shock shaft speed, which is particularly beneficial after installing heavier, aggressive tires and applications lifted higher than OEM specification. Fox 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks increase damping capacity and allow you to ride in comfort with position-sensitive rebound control. Note: Fox 2.5 in. HTO shocks for the Ford Bronco reuses the existing OE spring and top-mount hardware.
