Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally KPM1500 returnless PWM (pulse width modulation) system kits include a KPM1500 fuel pump modified with a high-pressure regulator, returnless Ally PWM control system, and other modifications to make them work properly for FSCM-equipped vehicles and aftermarket ECM/FSCM (fuel system control module) systems. The KPM1500 features twin Bosch PWM compatible OEM pumps, fully re-engineered pump support system, robust venturi pump systems, integral safety overpressure valves, and a built-in anti-reversion/check valve, making each fuel pump very much like an OEM part. The outlet nipple has been strengthened to reduce the chances of breakage, and their operation is smooth, quiet, and easy to control. The weakness of the OEM FSCM is power capability. They can drive one high-power pump, but not two. That's where the VaporWorx Ally PWM (pulse width modulation) kit comes in. It contains everything needed to drive the second KPM1500 electrically while the OEM fuel system control module handles the primary, keeping the power separated, but control of both pumps is handled by the FSCM, and all feedback, diagnostics, fuel pressure, etc. remains functional. These kits are intended to be used as an Ally, or piggyback, system to help the OEM FSCM. No additional relays, Hobb's switches, etc. are needed. Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants! Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this new lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous and water/methanol passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. The system does not have a spraybar, so nitrous and fuel are injected inline with the supercharger air discharge. This means the fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. Water/Methanol features: The Stage 2.5 uses the progressive VC-50 controller that proportionally injects more or less water/methanol, according to boost pressure. Start and full points are adjustable for engagement and delivery curve to match what the engine requires. APR DTR8868 turbocharger systems are direct replacements for the EA839 3.0L turbo engine. These upgrades include matching software for various vehicles and mods, providing up to 620 hp (571 AWHP) and 422 lbs.-ft. of torque (572 AWT), depending on vehicle platform and fueling, all while keeping emissions components unmodified. The software supports premium pump fuel grades, race fuel grades, and even ethanol on the S4, S5, and SQ5 platforms with fueling upgrades. For dedicated race cars, the turbocharger is designed with plenty of headroom to go even further on your own. The APR Stage 3 software is designed to avoid hard-spiking in the lower RPM band or running on the edge of what the factory rods and pistons should handle. Particular attention was paid toward component protections for exhaust gas temperature (EGT), back pressure safety (EMAP), turbocharger discharge temperatures, and fueling system capabilities. As rising exhaust gas temperatures require more fuel, the system will lower lambda to cool EGT without taxing the injection system with excessive on-times. Secondary protections will limit output for safety. The HPFP software helps increase headroom without over-driving the pressure to the injection system. The need for limiting power under extreme prolonged use (like tracking the vehicle), is greatly reduced, and the optional upgraded HPFP dramatically increases ethanol output. Note: Specific software is required to use this system, and an upgrade from lower stage systems is included for various vehicles. Software compatibility must be checked before purchase as the software installs to your vehicle's factory ECU. Currently, software can only be installed by an authorized APR dealer. Software is available in two formats: for use with the stock HPFP or for use with the APR HPFP.
