Aeromotive VaporWorx KPM1500 Ally Returnless Pulse Width Modulation System Kits

Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally KPM1500 returnless PWM (pulse width modulation) system kits include a KPM1500 fuel pump modified with a high-pressure regulator, returnless Ally PWM control system, and other modifications to make them work properly for FSCM-equipped vehicles and aftermarket ECM/FSCM (fuel system control module) systems. The KPM1500 features twin Bosch PWM compatible OEM pumps, fully re-engineered pump support system, robust venturi pump systems, integral safety overpressure valves, and a built-in anti-reversion/check valve, making each fuel pump very much like an OEM part. The outlet nipple has been strengthened to reduce the chances of breakage, and their operation is smooth, quiet, and easy to control. The weakness of the OEM FSCM is power capability. They can drive one high-power pump, but not two. That's where the VaporWorx Ally PWM (pulse width modulation) kit comes in. It contains everything needed to drive the second KPM1500 electrically while the OEM fuel system control module handles the primary, keeping the power separated, but control of both pumps is handled by the FSCM, and all feedback, diagnostics, fuel pressure, etc. remains functional. These kits are intended to be used as an Ally, or piggyback, system to help the OEM FSCM. No additional relays, Hobb's switches, etc. are needed. FiTech Ultimate LS EFI 500 hp fuel injection systems with Go Fuel in-tank module combines incredible engineering and construction for top-of-the-line performance. FiTech fabricated many billet aluminum parts for their Ultimate LS EFI 500 hp systems, including a 92mm throttle body, high-volume fuel rails, and a 1,500 to 6,500 rpm powerband intake manifold. They combine sequential spark and fuel control with 36 lbs./hr. injectors, a plug-and-play wiring harness, and a color touch screen self-learning ECU. This allows for programing two fan control outputs, most tach and speedometer output drivers, and target AFR and timing on the fly. The Go Fuel in-tank module universal billet assembly can be used on tanks with a depth of 6 to 15 inches. The billet aluminum was designed with the supply and return ports in a parallel position to help route the fuel lines easily and evenly. The vent port is on the other side to ease routing the line near the fill tube. The two fuel ports are threaded to accept -6 AN O-ring boss fittings for a secure, leak-free connection. Whether you're starting with a 5.3 junkyard dog or a crate motor, FiTech Ultimate LS EFI 500 hp systems with Go Fuel in-tank module will look and run exceptionally.
