Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports coilovers are specifically engineered to vastly improve the performance of your UTV. These direct fit shock and coil spring assemblies offer position-sensitive damping and 4-way adjustability, all features that will take your UTV to the next level. Black Hawk Powersports feature Bilstein's patented ZoneControl position-sensitive technology that contains five independently tuned damping zones—three compression and two rebound. ZoneControl incorporates an internal Jounce Cut Off system (JCO) which is effectively a 2-stage hydraulic bump stop. The JCO has a 10-position clicker that allows the rider to fine-tune bottom-out control. For rebound, ZoneControl features a Rebound Cut Off (RCO) that acts to settle the vehicle at the final stage of suspension droop. The RCO will protect the damper, eliminating the need for a limit strap. S&S Cycle CNC-Ported B2 Cylinder Heads

High performance just got a lot easier and more affordable with S&S Cycle's CNC-ported B2 cylinder heads. In the past, S&S's B2 Special Application heads, that were used on the now legendary Tribute 145 engines, were often hailed as the best choice for very large displacement V-Twin engines. Now S&S Cycle offers CNC-ported B2 cylinder heads that are even better—providing added convenience, economy, and performance at the same time. Convenient, because they now fit 2008-later bagger front motor mounts and the new two bolt exhaust mounting flange is a lot easier to work with. Economical, because riders can use stock exhaust pipes, or existing 2 in. header systems. The increase in performance comes from increased flow of CNC-ported intake and exhaust ports. Heads features stock bolt pattern and require special pistons, intake manifold flanges, and pushrod length for installation. S&S Cycle Twin Cam 88A Crankcases

The Twin Cam 88A crankcases from S&S Cycle provide a stronger, more reliable, and more durable foundation for the engine, particularly in high-performance applications, addressing weaknesses in the previous Evolution engine. The Twin Cam 88A is intended to replace crankcases in HD® Twin Cam 88 engines in existing HD® chassis only. S&S stock style crankcases have a rear motor mount that bolts directly to the stock 1999-2006 transmission for all models except 2006 HD® Dyna. Known for their strength and durability, these crankcases are compatible with the stock primary, charging system, and other stock components. Stock bore cases are perfect for replacement applications, 4 in. bore cases are a natural for use with the S&S Super Sidewinder Hot Set Up kits, and 4 1/8 in. bore cases make really large displacement custom engines possible and are available with the S&S cylinder stud pattern or with the stock cylinder stud pattern.
