EMAX Industrial Plus gas-powered piston compressors deliver overwhelming performance to meet the needs of the most demanding environments. Their pumps require less maintenance, service, and downtime—and all EMAX gas-powered compressors furnish the power needed at the jobsite, garage, or shop. These units have ASME-approved air receivers and custom-built engine stands that brace the platform of the tank, allow easy belt tightening, and significantly reduce vibration. Many competitors' pumps run at double the rpm of EMAX pumps because they are much smaller and must run fast to produce enough air. EMAX Industrial Plus pumps have solid cast iron cylinders, cylinder heads, crankcases, flywheels, crankshafts, and rebuildable, forged steel connecting rods. They have large roller bearings on the crankshaft ends for stability and long bearing life. Disc intake and exhaust valves are sealed by O-rings and can be removed without disturbing the head gaskets. When it came to engines, the obvious choice for EMAX was the Honda GX Series with electric starters. Their OHV design provides excellent torque and fuel efficiency, quiet operation, and they're easy-to-use. Built for efficient airflow, effective cooling, and durability, with a slant cylinder design for smooth running—they feature mufflers with spark arresters, hydraulic valve lifters, low oil shutdown, automatic compression releases for easy starting, key switches, and battery chargers. EMAX's Honda GX engines also have engine idle-down (when the compressor is in free-wheel mode) and, with electronic ignition, excellent cold weather starting ability. The BendPak RBJ15000 rolling bridge jacks are made for the HDS-35 four-post lift—which is a heavy-duty machine meant for professional shops that deal with massive, specialty equipment. If you have a truck lift, you have easy access to the undercarriage but can't get to the wheels. It contains everything needed to drive the second KPM1500 electrically while the OEM fuel system control module handles the primary, keeping the power separated, but control of both pumps is handled by the FSCM, and all feedback, diagnostics, fuel pressure, etc. remains functional. These kits are intended to be used as an Ally, or piggyback, system to help the OEM FSCM. No additional relays, Hobb's switches, etc. are needed.
