Fleece Performance Cheetah VNT Turbochargers

There are many aftermarket turbochargers on the market, but they mostly require changing all the factory systems to work. Instead, Fleece Performance Cheetah VNT turbochargers update the internals on stock housings so they appear to be original, and work with factory systems—yet are a far cry from OEM performance. Variable nozzle technologies allow turbos to spool up like smaller versions, but open to flow more exhaust on the top-end. These drop-in replacements have 360 degree thrust bushings and upgraded shaft bearings. They spool up faster, with a broader torque curve and greatly increased throttle response. No modifications are needed for installation on Ford 6.0L models; however Duramax vehicles require high-flow exhaust systems and aftermarket tuning. Both 63mm and 68mm Duramax turbos are available with an optional HX40 style turbine housing outlet—which requires the use of FPE's HX40 downpipe, driver side Allison transmission dipstick, and tube. HX40 downpipes are the largest available and will maximize EGT management, spool up, and flow. For the best wideband performance available in stock housings, choose Fleece Performance Cheetah VNT turbochargers. Additional info about the 68mm billet Duramax VNT Cheetah turbocharger: * Use with at least 650+ rwhp. Capable of 825+ rwhp, when pushed * If you have stock connecting rods and less than 100 hp injectors, it's recommended that you use the 63mm billet VNT Cheetah turbocharger.

Stainless Works Turbo Header Kits

Stainless Works offers turbo header kits for a variety of vehicles and applications—including fitment with AFR and Victor small block heads. In the "down and forward" turbo kits, the header flanges are made with 3/8 in. thick 304 stainless steel, and the tubing is .065 wall 304 stainless steel with 1 7/8 in. primaries and 3 in. slip-fit collectors. 3 in. V-band flanges and clamps are provided and welded on for both headers to crossover connections. Each complete system is TIG-welded and back purged for maximum performance. Kits contain headers, 3 in. x .065 wall 304 stainless steel crossover tube and 3/8 in. stainless steel turbo flange welded onto outlet. Also included: 7-gauge 304 stainless steel turbo mounting bracket, 1/4 in. thick aluminum motor plate, and 304 stainless steel downpipe with is coned from 5 in. to 4 in. diameter with a 90 degree bend and 12 in. minimum length leg on the outlet side. (Customer is required to provide 5 in. V-band flange for welding to inlet of downpipe.) Order the turbo header kit recommended for your vehicle.
