They fabricated many billet aluminum parts for these systems, including a 102mm throttle body, high-volume fuel rails, and a 1,500 to 6,500 rpm powerband intake manifold. Hy-Fuel in-tank modules can be run as either returnless or return-style by use of the 3-bar regulator or block-off. They feature a unique baffling system, making it easy for fuel to enter, but difficult to leave, even under hard corners, bumps, and moderate off-road adventures.
