Jesel Sportsman tie-bar roller lifters offer Jesel quality and durability at a lower cost. From mild drag engines, street/strip builds, pleasure boats to circle track, these lifters will give you the bulletproof performance you are looking for. Sportsman lifters have polished 8620 heat-treated bodies and are assembled with bronze bushing cam rollers. They also share the same roller, axle, tie-bar, and hardware found in Jesel's Pro Series line. The bronze bushings used have been tested for durability through hundreds of torturous dyno pulls and over a million cycles on Jesel's in-house Spintron. Lifters are available for select OE and aftermarket applications with a range of lifter body diameters from .842 in. to .905 in. with either offset or on-center pushrod seats. These billet serpentine systems are easy to install, budget friendly, and styled just right. Summit serpentine belt systems start with a CNC-machined, 1/2 in. thick, 6061 T6 billet aluminum face plate, which has positive belt adjusting holes for both the alternator and A/C pump, plus beveled edges and a machined Summit logo. You also get CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum crank, water pump, alternator, power steering, and clutch cover pulleys, plus a chrome 105 or 140 Amp alternator, a chrome Sanden SD-7 A/C compressor with manifold lines (as noted), an as-cast aluminum GM Type 2 power steering pump (as noted), an as-cast GM high-flow water pump, a serpentine belt, and all the mounting hardware you need. It might look fancy, but adjustments are easy, all you need is a pinch bar and a socket wrench.

New features on these big block Chevy engines include thicker main webs for increased strength and thicker cylinder walls (nominally .250 in. @ 4.600 in. bore). They can utilize OE roller lifters or +0.300 in. tall aftermarket tie bar lifters. The World Products Merlin Gen VI engine blocks also include a standard Mark IV fuel pump boss for those wanting to keep a mechanical fuel pump.

Inspired by TPSA technology, they surpass any other head in their class by leaps and bounds. The SR20 cylinder heads utilize a .500 in. raised 440cc intake port with a 2.400 in. intake valve, flowing an unheard-of 507 cfm. The exhaust port flows an amazing 335 cfm through only a 1.800 in. diameter valve. To allow for the newly designed 95cc combustion chamber, the intake valve angle of these heads has been rolled to 20 degrees. Brodix SR20 cylinder heads will require pistons, valve covers, head studs, shaft rockers, and an intake manifold specifically designed for them.

They have standard bore spacing, symmetrical ports, splayed valves, and a stable rocker bar platform. These racing heads feature a 12 degree modified valve angle, 44cc as-cast heart-shaped combustion chambers, and 370cc oval intake ports.
