The Ford Performance Coyote cast iron bare engine blocks provide an extremely strong foundation for high horsepower, boosted Coyote engine builds, offering superior strength over aluminum blocks for extreme racing and performance applications where stock blocks might flex or fail. In essence, this cast iron engine block is Ford's solution for pushing the Coyote engine far beyond its stock limits in a dedicated race application.
