It's this level of off-road abuse that prompted ICON to develop a 3.0 Secondary Bypass shock engineered to work perfectly with the Camburg Performance Dual Shock Lower Control Arm kit. The addition of this 3.0 Secondary Bypass means rougher terrain and larger off-road obstacles can be overcome with speed and confidence. With the turn of a knob, the compression and rebound damping of these shocks can be tuned to perfectly complement the rest of ICON's Raptor suspension products for an unparalleled level of on and off-road performance. The ICON Ford SVT Raptor Secondary front shocks are a 3-tube external bypass shock with remote reservoir. These are far from the norm when compared to a traditional bypass shock you see on trophy trucks and other off-road race vehicles. Each bypass valve has a specific port design and is individually equipped with a different spring rate to ensure proper performance at each zone of shock travel. These same bypass valves feature damped valve seats for quiet and precise operation. That means no clicking noises as you hit bumps or road chatter driving down the road. Skyjacker Suspensions offers Long Travel Lift Kits with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Shocks for a wide range of Jeeps —featuring front and/or rear lift applications ranging from 2 in. to 6.5 in. Skyjacker specifically engineered a progressive 2-stage dual rate long travel coil. The 1st Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex expand during full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). This keeps the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket and the tires in contact with the terrain. The 2nd Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past the Flex Rate. Engineered to coordinate with your Jeep model's distinctive handling characteristics, rear coils are side specific. Skyjacker's ADX 2.0 Adventure Series remote reservoir aluminum monotube shocks deliver modern technology in the design with an innovative off-road race-inspired full-displaced valving system. Engineered for higher speed applications, remote reservoir shocks still perform at crawl. The external remote reservoir separates the nitrogen gas from the oil with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP). The majority of the reservoir contains pressurized nitrogen gas. The IFP prevents the gas and oil from mixing or foaming (cavitation). Longer replacement front lower control link arms correct caster angle. The inward offset bend improves tire clearance to maximize turning radius. Longer replacement rear upper control link arms correct rear driveshaft pinion angle. Both pairs of links have pressed-in HD OEM-style vulcanized rubber bushings at each end. A replacement front adjustable track bar includes pressed-in HD OEM-style rubber bushing and an adjustable 3/4 in. heavy-duty rod end, jam nut and alignment bushings. A rear track bar lower axle mount bracket re-centers rear axle and restores OEM handling. Front and rear bump stop spacers bolt onto the axle bump pads and keep the suspension travel safely in check. Extended length sway bar end links allow full articulation at full droop. A pair of direct replacement DOT-certified extended length stainless steel braided rear brake lines are included. Kits come complete with bushings and high-grade mounting hardware.
