aFe BladeRunner GT Series intercoolers feature a bar and plate core design that outflows stock intercoolers by increasing heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fin design used by the OEM. The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 in. aluminum plates that incorporate seven Multi-Directional Vanes (MDV) throughout the intercooler. This aFe technology is used to direct hot air flow through the entire intercooler core, which allows for greater cooling. aFe BladeRunner GT Series intercoolers are100 percent TIG-welded by certified craftsmen for race-quality strength and durability. They are pressure tested at 200 psi.

Their plenums and bolt-on runners are CNC machined billet aluminum and will not distort or warp under boost. These intakes can accept up to 102mm throttle bodies and include hardware, gaskets, and an -8 AN fuel rail kit.

The plenums feature high-strength carbon fiber with high-temperature epoxy for improved strength-to-weight ratio and reduced heat soak to the fresh air charge. The polymer lower runner pack resists heat soak from the cylinder heads and hides all the ports/sensors in the valley. Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants! Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this new lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous and water/methanol passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. The system does not have a spraybar, so nitrous and fuel are injected inline with the supercharger air discharge. This means the fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. Water/Methanol features: The Stage 2.5 uses the progressive VC-50 controller that proportionally injects more or less water/methanol, according to boost pressure. Start and full points are adjustable for engagement and delivery curve to match what the engine requires. Proportionally injecting according to boost pressure gives an accurate delivery of water/methanol—and allows cooling and performance improvements over a wide range for improved drivability. It's very appropriate that the nozzles at the heart of the Nitrous Express Shark SX2 nozzle nitrous systems look like the business end of one of the big booster rockets in Russia's space program, because the SX2 systems deliver power big-time--up to 1,200 hp, in fact! LS Classic Series '62 Chevy Fuelie intake manifold systems are designed to give your LS engine the look of GM's iconic Corvette "flat top" mechanical fuel injection system while using modern technology for ultimate performance. These systems are based on a cast-aluminum, two-piece manifold, just like the originals. These intake systems include billet aluminum fuel rails, all mounting hardware, and gaskets. These systems require GM LS3 OEM fuel injectors and a GM four-bolt, 92mm, drive-by-wire throttle body and are compatible with GM and aftermarket engine control units and harnesses that support both drive-by-wire and speed density tuning.
