Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants! Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this new lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous and water/methanol passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. The system does not have a spraybar, so nitrous and fuel are injected inline with the supercharger air discharge. This means the fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. Water/Methanol features: The Stage 2.5 uses the progressive VC-50 controller that proportionally injects more or less water/methanol, according to boost pressure. Start and full points are adjustable for engagement and delivery curve to match what the engine requires. For higher horsepower levels, proper nitrous flow into the airstream is critical for even cylinder to cylinder distribution. Holley Hi-Ram nitrous spacer plate systems are equipped with nitrous and fuel discharge ports that completely saturate the air intake charge with the best atomized mixture possible. The spacer plates are available in single and dual stage kits, complete with everything you need to spray up to 300 hp. Superchargers not only create more horsepower than stock, but they also add unwanted engine heat. These NOS supercharger nitrous oxide systems can remedy that problem and increase power output at the same time. The nitrous is injected into the engine at -127 degrees F and mixes with the incoming air, reducing intake temperatures by up to 75 degrees F. "Plug-and-play" isn't just for computers any more. Nitrous Express has brought the term to the car world with their NXL direct port nitrous systems. There's no drilling or engine disassembly required and there are no solenoids to mount. Everything for the systems is contained in the high-flow fuel rail(s). There's even a special wiring harness to make them genuine plug-and-play systems. Four-cylinder systems are selectable for 30, 60, or 90 hp increases, and versions for GM V8s are selectable for 80, 120, or 180 hp. It's very appropriate that the nozzles at the heart of the Nitrous Express Shark SX2 nozzle nitrous systems look like the business end of one of the big booster rockets in Russia's space program, because the SX2 systems deliver power big-time--up to 1,200 hp, in fact!
