Some of the world's finest custom lightweight forged aluminum wheels are right here—and we get them from Forgeline Motorsports! Forgeline's one-piece Monoblock Series GS1 custom-order wheels are machined entirely from a single 6061-T6 aluminum forging to create a wheel that is extremely stiff, exceptionally strong, and very lightweight—all rolled into one attractive package! Based on Forgeline's extremely successful GS1R wheels, which was originally designed for professional racing teams competing in the IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge Grand Sport (GS) class), the Forgeline GS1 combines the latest in advanced wheel technology, including one-piece forged monoblock construction, motorsport engineered design, and I-beamed spokes. The GS1 is engineered to withstand the rigors of top-level endurance racing with a 2,100 lb. street tire load rating and exceptional deflection stiffness. Though made from the same forgings and similar design as Forgeline's race-winning GS1R (including the distinctive smooth chamfered outer edge), the GS1 forgoes the GS1R's aggressive open-lug center area for a more traditional center design that accommodates Forgeline's standard press-in aluminum center cap. Forgeline can custom build the GS1 wheel in 17-inch, 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, 21-inch, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. Depending on size, the GS1 may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GS1 is available with fully customizable finish options. Each Forgeline Motorsport GS1R wheel is custom made-to-order, one-at-a-time, for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. Originally designed for professional racing teams competing in the IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge Grand Sport (GS) class, the Forgeline GS1R combines the latest in advanced wheel technology, including one piece forged monoblock construction, motorsport engineered design, and I-beamed spokes.
