Ridetech Narrowed 4-Link Axle Assemblies
If you have chosen a Ridetech 4-link system to improve the ride quality, handling, and braking of your classic muscle car, the next purchase should be a Ridetech Ford 9 in. housing and axle package with integrated 4-link and sway bar brackets. These narrowed 4-link axle assemblies allow for the easiest installation of your 4-link system. The 9 in. Ford housings are great foundations for putting torque to the pavement. They feature a webbed center section, internal gussets, thick wall tubes, and billet steel flanges (new-style Big Bearing/Torino). The pinion is offset 1/2 in. and the axle flange is offset 2 1/2 in. The narrowed axle widths satisfy mini-tub applications. Ridetech narrowed housing and axle packages are offered in two axle lengths and available raw or with a black powdercoat finish. Select the proper length and preferred finish for your project. Ridetech HQ Coilover Kits

Ridetech 1979-93 Mustang SLA Front Suspension Systems
Ridetech 1979-93 Mustang bolt-in SLA (Short-Long-Arm) front suspension systems replace the stock McPherson strut design with a billet aluminum upper control arm, tubular lower arm and spindles with S550 Mustang hubs. The factory strut design offers very little camber gain and poor overall geometry. This design greatly improves negative camber gain, which positions the tire perpendicular to the pavement through the corners without the need for excessive static camber and overly stiff spring rates. Caster, roll center and Ackerman angles were also optimized. These suspension systems are compatible with either Ridetech coilovers or Shockwave air suspension (sold separately). SLA front suspension systems are available in two fitment styles: * To fit STOCK K-Members (except 84-86 SVO) * To fit many AFTERMARKET K-Members, including Maximum Motorsports, Team Z, AJE and UPR Additional product features: * Incorporates an upper control arm to induce much-needed negative camber gain * Caster, roll center, bump steer and Ackerman angles are optimized * Bolt-in frame surrounds create attachment points for the upper control arms and the shocks. Ridetech 1965-79 F-100/F-150 IFS suspension systems are bolt-in and super stout.
