Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants! Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this new lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous and water/methanol passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. The system does not have a spraybar, so nitrous and fuel are injected inline with the supercharger air discharge. This means the fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. Water/Methanol features: The Stage 2.5 uses the progressive VC-50 controller that proportionally injects more or less water/methanol, according to boost pressure. Start and full points are adjustable for engagement and delivery curve to match what the engine requires. Proportionally injecting according to boost pressure gives an accurate delivery of water/methanol—and allows cooling and performance improvements over a wide range for improved drivability. The Stage 2.5 Boost Cooler will make the induction charge colder, denser, and increase 91 octane fuel to 116 octane race gas levels, allowing full power all the time! You'd be crazy to throw water into a gas tank and expect to get anywhere—but power and torque can be increased if you inject it into the incoming air charge with Nitrous Express water/methanol injection systems. Cooling the air charge allows for increased timing and the resulting performance benefits. These versatile units have a wide-open throttle switch for naturally aspirated vehicles and an adjustable boost-activated switch for forced induction models. Nitrous Express systems inject a fixed amount of fluid when the WOT switch or boost is activated—and continues until the switch opens again. They reduce intake temperatures and the need for timing retard when used with nitrous. Stage II kits come complete with a high-output pump, 3 qt. reservoir, nozzle, boost activated progressive controller, switch, hardware, and detailed instructions. Water has always been used to cool down motors, but with Nitrous Express water/methanol injection systems … it'll be heating things up!

Things are pretty tight in the engine bay of a Dodge Viper, which could make plumbing-in a manifold for a port-type nitrous system a genuine pain.
