Nitrous Express Hellcat Billet Supercharger Lid Nitrous Systems
Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants. Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat and Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. This system does not use a spray bar, so it injects nitrous and fuel inline with the supercharger air discharge. The fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. As mentioned, this system does not utilize a spray bar, which means that the nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself; the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. The CNC machined design eliminates round spray bars resulting in excellent atomization and cylinder distribution without rotation, sagging, or the disruption of airflow. These CNC-machined plates include a nitrous bottle with a custom solenoid. The Lightning Series solenoids feature CNC aluminum bodies with an integrated purge port, which allows for connecting a purge valve directly to the body of the nitrous solenoid, for less plumbing and clean looks.
