These versatile tools combine a metal shear, a press brake, and a slip roll into one compact unit that can be mounted on a stand or your workbench. So, what will the machines do? For starters, the manual shear can cut at full capacity across the entire 40 in. bed width, while the press brake is able bend sheet metal up to 90 degrees. The upper beam features hardened adjustable dies so you can make certain boxes and pans. The manual slip roll contains three wire grooves for small round stock, with a back gauge included to assist with repeat work. Baileigh Industrial R-M10 Manual Roll Benders
Baileigh Industrial R-M10 manual roll benders have been a staple in the Baileigh line since they were introduced in 2004. They're capable of rolling full circles because of their open face design—and they can do anything that the larger roll bender models can. Their powerful manual drive system has a maximum capacity of 1 1/4 in. (.078 in. wall) round tubing capacity in mild steel. All rolling shafts on the R-M10 manual roll benders' angle roll are hardened and turn on bronze bushings, ensuring long life and great wear characteristics. The head is made of strong cast steel and machines to exacting tolerances. The included base has a useful storage cabinet. These benders come standard with segment rolls that allow for many different types of flat bar, some angle iron, and some square to be rolled. The dies for round bar are sold separately.

Baileigh Industrial SR-5016M slip rollers have a forming width of 50 in. with a capacity of 16-gauge mild steel. They feature three rolls with two driven rolls that are made of polished carbon steel, offering decades of reliable production. This is the perfect machine for any HVAC or general fabrication shop when sheet metal forming is required. The rigid frame is composed of two heavy solid steel frames electro-welded to a heavy base that allows for no deflection when bending across the entire useful width at full capacity. These slip rollers come standard with three wire or rod grooves. For rolling sheet metal, simply place the unbent piece into the bender, bring the back roll up to the desired position, and then start your bend. Adjustments and operation are easy.

Baileigh Industrial BG-379 Belt Grinders
Baileigh Industrial BG-379 belt grinders will be at home in any industrial setting where grinding is part of the daily routine. They have 3 in. of useful width and are perfect for grinding castings clean, or any metal surface that needs burrs removed. The grinders use 220 V, 3-phase power to run a 4 hp motor that turns a standard 3 in. x 79 in. abrasive belt at speeds of 6,691 fpm. With the use of the 3-phase power, they will not dog under full load, making them more efficient than other grinders on the market. The belt grinders feature a long-lasting urethane covering on the idle wheel, while the drive wheel is made from solid billet aluminum—and a simple tracking and tensioning system increases belt and machine life.
