Baileigh Industrial BR-18E-36 Power Bead Rollers
Baileigh Industrial BR-18E-36 power bead rollers have a capacity of 16-gauge mild steel and 14-gauge aluminum. Powered by 110 V, the variable-speed bead rollers are ideal for most beading applications. The 36 in. throat depth is perfect for putting beads in 4 ft. x 8 ft. sheets of metal, but is compact enough to make even the most intricate beading patterns. The frame is made from heavy-plate steel that's fully welded for further rigidity. The bead depth is adjustable via the top roll. All moving parts on the BR-18E-36 power bead rollers feature bronze bushings for long life. A powerful industrial-grade motor and gearbox drive the rolls forward or backward. Control of the machine is maintained by a variable-speed foot pedal that allows the operator to have both hands free to work the material. Like most Baileigh bead rolls, this model comes standard with a depth stop for perfectly straight beads, and a heavily constructed floor stand that includes a die rack.
