Lisle Hood Props
Lisle hood props work on all makes of cars and trucks. These hood props have a 3-piece, telescoping design that allows you the mechanic to hold the hood in the desired position to complete your job. These Lisle hood props telescope from 18 1/2 in. to 46 3/4 in. They can also be used from the side of the car or truck for better access to the engine compartment. Lisle hood props are available with or without the added support feature. The hood props with supports include the same classic Lisle hood prop and the added feature of the plastic support cup. Simply insert the support cup over a hood adjuster and then set the base of the prop into the cup for a slip-free and sturdy brace. With the added cup support, your prop rod height changes from 20 in. to 48 1/4 in.
