It provides an exceptionally strong and durable foundation for complete and/or partial refinishing work. Summit Racing™ 2.1 VOC 2K high build DTM primer is a 2-component, low-VOC primer that can be applied directly to small areas of bare metal, as well as to OEM finishes, fiberglass, sheet molding compounds, and refinishing lacquers, enamels, and urethanes.
