Competition Engineering Snap-In Race Harness Mounting Plates

Competition Engineering's snap-in race harness mounting plates create a strong, reinforced point that an anti-submarine belt and/or lap belt can be snapped to. Made from thick 12-gauge steel, these mounting plates are to be installed on the exterior side of the floor pan or transmission tunnel. Once a 1/2 in. diameter hole is drilled into the floor pan or tunnel for the anti-submarine belt and/or lap belt, the mounting plate is positioned so the plate's included hardware can be tightened. Mounting plates should be welded into place and include nut and eyelet that fit popular snap-in seatbelt racing harness applications.
