Summit Racing™ quick-release fastener weld plates are the anchors for quarter-turn, cam-lock, quick-release fasteners, including our own Summit Racing™ lines and other forms of quarter-turn fasteners. They mount on the part of the vehicle to which you are attaching the removable panel--and carry the special spring that the fastener uses as an anchor.
