If you like the swivel end as opposed to the fixed hook for ease of installation, replace those rusty old exhaust springs with Helix Racing Products swivel springs. They make your bike look better and eliminate worries of your exhaust falling off when landing a jump. Springs should be measured when they are off of the motorcycle, and the length measurement should be taken from inside hook to inside hook when off of the vehicle. For a correct fit, exhaust springs should not be extended more than 20 percent of their free length.
