They feature Hastings Flex-Vent oil control rings to eliminate blowby, and cast-iron second groove rings with a reverse-twist taper face for reduced friction. Sets that include cast iron barrel-face top rings are suitable for stock and mild performance applications, while the sets that include plasma-moly coated top rings are designed for high performance and bracket race applications. These piston rings are available in a variety of sizes and other options—in universal and application-specific models.
