Rhodes Race Cars quick-removal square flanges are weld-in steel plates with four bolt holes, used in race car chassis building to easily detach components like transmission crossmembers or suspension parts. They feature a square design for 4-bolt patterns and are sized to fit specific tubing diameters (i.e., 1 1/4 in., 1 3/8 in.) for fast assembly and disassembly. Available in multiple thicknesses and a dozen tubing diameters. How they work: * Weld-In: One flange half is welded to your main chassis structure, and the other half is welded to the removable component (like a crossmember). * Quick-Release: When you need to remove the part, you simply unbolt the two flange halves, allowing for quick maintenance or adjustments without cutting or complex dismantling. * Standardized Sizes: Available for common tubing sizes (like 1 1/4 in. or 1 5/8 in. O.D.) and bolt patterns, ensuring a precise fit for many applications. Key features: * Material: Typically 3/16 in. or 1/4 in. thick steel * Design: 4-bolt square pattern * Purpose: Saves time during construction and makes servicing easier, often used for transmission crossmembers

Rhodes Race Cars quick-removal rectangular flanges are specialized steel plates used in drag racing and performance cars to easily and securely attach tubular chassis components (like subframes, engine mounts, or suspension parts) to the main frame. They feature bolt holes for quick assembly/disassembly (often 4-bolt patterns), allowing for fast maintenance, upgrades, or removal of sections without cutting—meeting NHRA standards for strength. Available in multiple thicknesses and a dozen tubing diameters. Key characteristics and purpose: * Quick removal: Designed for fast disconnection, saving time during construction or repairs * Rectangular shape: The specific shape of the plate for connecting square or rectangular tubing * Chassis mounting: Used to mount accessories, suspension components, or crossmembers to the car's chassis * Strong and durable: Made from 3/16 in. thick steel with Grade 8 hardware (nuts/bolts) for high strength * Laser-cut for specific tubing diameters (i.e, 1 in., 1 1/8 in.) * NHRA Approved: Accepted for use in sanctioned drag racing events * How they work: You weld one flange to the end of your tube (e.g., a transmission crossmember) and another to the chassis; then, you bolt them together with the provided hardware, creating a strong, detachable joint. In essence, the flanges are strong, race-legal connectors for modular chassis building.

Front coil springs need control arms to center the axle evenly under the vehicle, while driving down the road or flexing over obstacles. RT Off-Road control arm brackets are designed with extra steel around the mounting holes, where stock units are prone to failure. In order to dial-in the caster, these brackets use a slotted bolt design. Front coil springs make for a comfortable ride—and with sway bar disconnects, they have incredible flex, too. Keep your Jeep's front axle from getting out of whack with RT Off-Road control arm brackets. They're available for a wide range of applications, from 1984 and up.

Mount your lower link arm to the frame using these strong replacement brackets from Artec Industries. They're made from 1/4 in. in. thick steel plate for durability and include grease fitting access on top to allow easy maintenance of your joint. The brackets have a 2.625 in. mounting width with 9/16 in. bolt hole for common sized style cartridge joints. The skid plate on the bottom of each bracket wraps around the joint, protecting it from direct impact and decreasing premature wear; this skid plate design does not restrict movement of the joint. Tapered sides allow the Artec lower link frame brackets to be mounted at an angle without excess material hanging off the side. Not only do these brackets look better and more natural to the frame, but they also ensure less bracket sliding on the rocks and getting in the way.
