Edelbrock Performer RPM Chrysler Gen III HEMI cylinder heads are bolt-on performance upgrades for Gen III HEMI engines. They are designed to fit with the stock intake manifold, exhaust manifold, valve cover, rockers, spark plugs, and accessories, as well as Hellcat components. The cylinder heads have been machined to be used on either the driver or passenger side of the block. They are cast from A356 aluminum and are heat-treated to T6 specifications. Since1958, they have been producing high-quality, hand-built, mandrel-bent exhaust headers. Each and every header is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove all of the exhaust from each cylinder, reducing pumping losses, and resulting in dramatic increases in horsepower and torque. Doug's headers are carefully developed on the vehicles that they are intended to fit and are re-checked numerous times during the design and manufacturing process. Their designs include mid-length headers, Tri-Y headers, and long tube headers, plus manifold replacement headers. Their headers come with all the necessary mounting hardware, collector reducers or connector pipes, premium extra-thick gaskets, and detailed installation instruction sheets. The gaskets are rated up to 1100 degrees F, pressures to 3700 psig (255 bar), and are designed for an exact port match with their headers. They are manufactured with 409S stainless steel and finished off with double-walled and polished 304 stainless steel tips. The PWM fan controller comes with built-in soft start technology. The controller utilizes Pulse Width Modulation to constantly adjust electric fan speeds from 0-100%, to maintain 185°F temperature. No more reacting to the engine temps, you can control it!
