LS Classic Series classic intake manifold kits are designed to pay respect to the classic muscle cars and trucks of the 1950's, 60's, and 70's while using modern technology for ultimate performance. The intake kits include a single-plane aluminum intake manifold, black anodized billet aluminum fuel rails, a vintage air cleaner assembly, 4150 carb adapter plate, all mounting hardware, and gaskets. These systems require a 92mm GM 4-bolt throttle body and LS3/EV6 or LS1/EV1 fuel injectors. Replacing your stock exhaust manifold and up-pipes should be the first step in building a high performance exhaust system. Pacific Performance Engineering exhaust manifolds are co-designed by Honeywell (Garrett) and PPE, using CAD software to maximize flow characteristics. The included up-pipe bellows are high-flow, internally sleeved, and manufactured from 11-gauge, 0.120 in. wall aircraft-grade stainless steel with a 2 in. O.D. The exhaust manifolds are machined from high-silicon moly cast iron; feature built-in bosses; and are pre-drilled and tapped for a 1/8 in. NPT EGT sensor. NOS LS Hi-Ram intake dry nitrous systems include everything needed for optimum nitrous distribution throughout LS-based engines. Their dry single-stage plate system sandwiches between the bottom base and the top plate on Holley Hi-Ram intake manifolds. Nitrous is then evenly sprayed directly into each cylinder runner. The intake plate is made from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, and available in a black or clear anodized finish with a laser-etched NOS logo. The included jetting is for up for 250 hp, but the entire system is capable of supporting 1000+ hp. Systems are available with a 10 lb. or15 lb. aluminum, or 12 lb. carbon fiber nitrous bottle.

Trick Flow® PowerPort® 270 Max Wedge-style cylinder heads will significantly improve the power of your big block Mopar right out of the box. How? Well for starters, PowerPort® 270 heads are made from premium grade A356-T61 aluminum. That's important because it weighs a lot less than cast iron and is very strong. Trick Flow® engineers fixed the shortcomings of the factory head design by relocating the oil holes for the rocker shafts and optimizing the shape of the runners to increase flow velocity and add much needed strength to the shaft bosses. PowerPort® 270 heads also feature larger, raised Max Wedge-style intake runners that provide a straighter path to the valve for improved airflow. The runners are treated to Trick Flow's® signature high resolution CNC Competition Ported surface finish that guarantees proper dimensional accuracy with balanced flow from runner-to-runner for maximum power potential.
