ZyCoat ZyBar thermal coating is a high temperature thermal dissipation coating for headers, manifolds, turbos, and exhaust systems. By greatly reducing radiant engine heat, ZyBar improves scavenging performance to boost torque and increase horsepower. Utilizing advanced, micro-surface technology, even a very thin .001 to .0012 mil coating of ZyBar outperforms conventional tapes, wraps, ceramic, or powder coatings. QA1's rebuildable 5Q twin-tube shocks offer the performance, consistency and tunability racers demand. Formerly known as 51 and 53 Series shocks, the 5Q series is a large body steel shock available in both bearing mount and stock mount configurations. Choose from 7 in. and 9 in. bearing mount bodies or various stock mounted lengths depending on rules and applications. Mahle PowerPak Pistons

Mahle PowerPak pistons are forged pistons with steel pins and wire locks. The pistons are hand-deburred and then coated with dry phosphate to protect against ring micro-welding and pin galling during initial startup. For additional performance, Mahle added its proprietary Grafal anti-friction coating to the piston skirts. Part numbers with T on the end have a cutting edge ceramic-based thermic barrier. The barrier is resistant to thermal shock, insulates the piston crown, and reduces heat transfer to increase performance.
