ZyCoat ZyBar thermal coating is a high temperature thermal dissipation coating for headers, manifolds, turbos, and exhaust systems. By greatly reducing radiant engine heat, ZyBar improves scavenging performance to boost torque and increase horsepower. Utilizing advanced, micro-surface technology, even a very thin .001 to .0012 mil coating of ZyBar outperforms conventional tapes, wraps, ceramic, or powder coatings. ZyBar's improved engine performance was confirmed by measuring header surface temperature reduction versus stock, uncoated headers. Transmission Specialties TH400 SFI two-piece aluminum transmission cases are SFI certified for Turbo 400 transmissions. Developed to eliminate all weak points found in the original GM transmission case, the case is cast from 356-T6 aluminum and precision machined to rigorous specifications. A combination of strength and quality castings and machining make this SFI-approved transmission case stronger and more ductile than OEM castings.

Summit Racing™ TH400 transmission cases are a street/strip version of the TH400 aftermarket SFI transmission case. The bellhousing is not included and must be purchased separately. A direct replacement for the GM case, Summit Racing™ cases use a permanent mold casting to increase the case wall thickness, making it sufficient to pass SFI 4.1 certifications without the need for any external shields or internal liners. The 2-piece design allows them to be used with all popular engines by simply changing bolt-on bellhousings.
