Shafer's Classic Reproductions exhaust systems are available for a variety of popular classic vehicles—most in your choice of aluminized or stainless steel tubing. These complete exhaust systems are available as accurate OE replicas, or with a number of high performance options and variations. Shafer's exhaust systems are manufactured to OEM specifications using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. Laser-scanned from original factory components, the data is stored for use by the pipe benders, resulting in correctly bent tubing accurate to within 0.0005 in. for an exact duplicate each time the part is produced. Doug's Headers has long been recognized of as one of the premiere exhaust header manufacturers in the performance industry. Since1958, they have been producing high-quality, hand-built, mandrel-bent exhaust headers. Each and every header is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove all of the exhaust from each cylinder, reducing pumping losses, and resulting in dramatic increases in horsepower and torque. Doug's headers are carefully developed on the vehicles that they are intended to fit and are re-checked numerous times during the design and manufacturing process. Their designs include mid-length headers, Tri-Y headers, and long tube headers, plus manifold replacement headers. Their headers come with all the necessary mounting hardware, collector reducers or connector pipes, premium extra-thick gaskets, and detailed installation instruction sheets. The gaskets are rated up to 1100 degrees F, pressures to 3700 psig (255 bar), and are designed for an exact port match with their headers. Doug's Headers offer a choice of finishes: * Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating (MCTBC), which is polished with a vibratory finishing process that not only produces a high-luster aluminum appearance, but also compresses and activates the coating, which increases the surface hardness. The finish is 60 percent more corrosion resistant than an unpolished surface, easy to maintain, and will last for years under normal operation conditions. MCTBC also protects and extends the life of headers by creating a thermal barrier that significantly lowers under hood temperatures and protects the substrate metal from thermal fatigue. * Hi-Temp black coating is an affordably priced alternative to their MCTBC. This finish provides good corrosion and heat protection when compared to many of the "cheaper" header finishes being applied by our competitors. * Raw steel is available for individual customizing Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.

Stainless Works offers Factory Connect exhaust systems for a wide range of cars, trucks, and Jeeps. They're designed to improve sound and performance. The bolt-on systems connect to the factory manifolds or Stainless Works headers. You can select either a classic muscle car tone of a chambered muffler, or go for the extreme with S-Tube style mufflers. Components are built from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and TIG-welded at the company's state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. Smooth mandrel pipe bends optimize exhaust flow. Factory Connect systems are available in a variety of styles (cat-back, rear axle-back, etc.), configurations, pipe sizes, tip styles, and more. Stainless Works CNC mandrel-bent exhaust systems are the simply the best for improving your vehicle's performance, sound, and mileage. Made of high-grade 304 stainless steel, they offer an array of options to unleash more torque and horsepower while delivering the sound your vehicle has been lacking. Most are designed to use factory hangers. Stainless Works not only offers their Factory Connect option that mates to a factory connection point, but also Performance Connect options for many models. Performance Connect gains more performance than factory connection points allow, and they require the installation of Stainless Works headers (sold separately) to gain the full performance benefit. Stainless Works also builds their mufflers entirely of stainless steel. They will never "burn in," "blow out," or change their tone—ever. Choose from a selection of universal or application-specific muffler designs, including turbo chambered (loud), chambered round (louder—can be reversed for an even more aggressive sound), and turbo S-tube (loudest—may be too aggressive for a daily driver).
