Forgeline One-Piece Monoblock Series FF1 Custom-Order Wheels

Some of the world's finest custom lightweight forged aluminum wheels are right here—and we get them from Forgeline Motorsports! Forgeline's one-piece Monoblock Series FF1 custom-order wheels are machined entirely from a single 6061-T6 aluminum forging to create a wheel that is extremely stiff, exceptionally strong, and very lightweight—all rolled into one attractive package! Forgeline's handsome FF1 is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that is built utilizing manufacturing technology similar to their very successful GA1R wheel. The concave 5-spoke design of the FF1 looks great and allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment, while the one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is ruggedly handsome, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. Custom made-to-order for each customer and each unique vehicle application, Forgeline can build the FF1 wheel in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, and 21-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. Depending on size, the FF1 may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the FF1 is available with fully customizable finish options. The FF1 is also available for limited applications in deep cap (DC) and extra-deep cap (EDC) profiles. These deep cap profiles employ unique in-house lathe turnings that allow Forgeline to position the center cap deep within the center of the wheel and create an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. This option is an excellent choice for select vehicles including the BMW M3, Nissan GT-R, ZL1 Camaro, C6 Z06 Corvette (rear only), and certain Porsche models (rear only).
