Kooks Headers offers a variety of exhaust systems designed for specific vehicles. They feature large diameter 304 stainless steel construction with smooth-flowing mandrel-bent tubing for maximum exhaust flow. Among the options are street and OEM-style replacements, or high-rpm performance and race applications. Choose from styles such as header-back, cat-back, rear axle-back, and full-length. Look over the available options and select the model designed for your vehicle. Depending on the system you order, specs/configurations may include: * One or two mufflers, or a muffler-delete system * Muffler style: wrapped perforated core, turbo, perforated tube, glasspack * Components with a natural or polished finish * Single or dual inlet/outlet * Catalytic converter (where applicable) * Intermediate pipe (where applicable) * Tailpipe; different diameters available * Round tip(s), polished or black coated, various styles Some Kooks Headers exhaust systems are offered in one of three versions: * Off-road (non-catted) for full track use with no horsepower loss and the loudest exhaust tone * With high-flow catalytic converters; recommended for street driving with little or no horsepower loss and a deeper exhaust tone * With Kooks ultra-high performance GREENCATS catalytic converters that eliminate 90 percent of "Check Engine Light" warnings; designed for naturally aspirated and forced induction engines up to 900 hp Note: Certain exhaust systems may not be legal for sale, installation, or use in certain locales. Stainless Works CNC mandrel-bent exhaust systems are the simply the best for improving your vehicle's performance, sound, and mileage. Made of high-grade 304 stainless steel, they offer an array of options to unleash more torque and horsepower while delivering the sound your vehicle has been lacking. Most are designed to use factory hangers. Stainless Works not only offers their Factory Connect option that mates to a factory connection point, but also Performance Connect options for many models. Performance Connect gains more performance than factory connection points allow, and they require the installation of Stainless Works headers (sold separately) to gain the full performance benefit. Stainless Works also builds their mufflers entirely of stainless steel. They will never "burn in," "blow out," or change their tone—ever. Choose from a selection of universal or application-specific muffler designs, including turbo chambered (loud), chambered round (louder—can be reversed for an even more aggressive sound), and turbo S-tube (loudest—may be too aggressive for a daily driver). Vance & Hines' Hi-Output RR exhaust systems were inspired by their team that competed in the King of the Baggers class of the MotoAmerica Road Racing Championships. These systems capture every pulse-quickening element of their racing exhaust system into one you can put on your Milwaukee-Eight Road Glide or other Touring model as part of your own performance bagger build. Constructed of lightweight, high-grade 304 stainless steel, the hand TIG-welded headers step from 1.75 in. to 1.875 in. to 2.0 in. and feed into the same oversized collector used on the race system. The collector is even rotated to add extra ground clearance, enabling steeper lean angles through the turns. Finishing each system is a mid-length 4 in.
